Headquarters
Since 1948, Caplugs has maintained our global headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y. More than 400 employees work at our Buffalo facility, including engineering, quality, sales, customer service, accounting, marketing, shipping, tooling and manufacturing experts.
North American Locations
In addition, Caplugs also has manufacturing facilities in Erie, Pa. and Rancho Dominguez, Calif.
Tri-Star Protectors is also based in the U.S., with manufacturing in Houston.
Caplugs Canada handles operations and manufacturing at its facility just outside of Toronto in Brampton, Ontario, while Caplugs Mexico is in Monterrey, Mexico.
Global Locations
Caplugs Europe has five locations across the continent. Vinyl dip molding is handled in Oss, in The Netherlands, while extrusion products are manufactured at facilities in Ath, Belgium and Tampere, Finland. Injection molded parts are made in Lüdenscheid, Germany and Falciano, San Marino.
Caplugs also has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jintan, China, and operations based in Brisbane, Australia.
