Sometimes parts are received that are incorrect or damaged, or even in excess of what a customer needs. Caplugs has a few options for customers in these situations.
Incorrect or Defective Parts
If a customer's parts are not what ordered, you must notify Caplugs within 30 days of delivery. A customer service representative can help investigate the claim and advise on the next steps as necessary.
Other Returns
For standard cartons of parts, returns within 30 days of shipment can be returned with a 30% handling fee or from 31 to 90 days with a 50% handling fee. No returns are accepted beyond 90 days, nor for any Mini or Micro Paks.
Return Authorization Required
For all returns, a Return Authorization Number is required and may be issued by the customer service representative team. Full details on our Return Policy is available on the website.
