How to Get Your Tax-Exempt Status on File

Looking to get tax-exempt status for future orders with Caplugs? Learn how to get your updated status on file quickly and easily with the below instructions.

Contact Customer Service

Simply email your customer service representative or speak with a Caplugs team member through the web chat on the site. They will direct you to send your tax certificate to sales@caplugs.com or AR@caplugs.com.

Complete Form, Send to Caplugs’ Accounting Department

Once tax certificates are reviewed by the Caplugs team, you will be asked to fill out a terms application form. Email the completed form to Caplugs’ accounting department at AR@caplugs.com. Our team will then get your information processed and added to the site.

Confirm Your Status is Synced

When successfully filed and processed, your tax-exempt status should sync to the Caplugs site within 15 minutes. Once completed, you should see the new status reflected in your cart.
